Helping us towards a carbon neutral festival

2nd-9th August 2025

Exploring the Festival Village will reveal some treats whether you desire to experience an adrenalin rush or take some time out and unwind with friends from your fast paced festival life. At night Rio takes on a whole new feel. There are still places to chill, places to meet, places to be with festival friends but its also where you can party be entertained and enjoy that Rio vibe.

Rio has many districts all with their own identity and history. Our Festival reflects this taking its inspiration from the city's quarters to give our participants and leaders an eclectic mix of culture, discovery, food, history, art, entertainment and activities

Lapa

The shopping and history district of Rio. Here you can find out about our History of Scouting, visit our Festival Store, shop for a souvenir, or purchase festival clothing and merchandise.

Centro

Downtown you can discover festival cultures, faiths, charities, festival partners and the science behind sustainability, protecting the environment and how you can make a difference as a global citizen.

Parque Du Juventude

Our youth enclave packed full of your favourite past times, where you can take part in tea ceremonies, swap badges or enjoy our roller disco.

Flamengo

The place for foodies looking for that evening or late night snack. Our purpose built Food Hall offers a range of delights to satisfy most palettes. Undercover, yet open-air you can watch performances on the busker stage or take in one of the Frontier Sapiens' adventure films.

Jardim

The gardens of the city where shaded chill-down areas allow you to take time out and soak up the amazing Rio atmosphere, listen to Festival radio, meet with friends, take part in yoga, have some twister fun or maybe treat yourself to an ice-cream.
